The development of the village is fundamentally based on the principles of the circular economy and complete harmony with nature. In this context, it is equally important to create sufficient green areas and parks to enhance the comfort of living and visiting there. This is a demanding task whose execution must begin from the very outset, as tree growth and the design of beautiful park spaces require time. This aspiration toward building a sustainable living environment actually revives the best traditions of Bulgarian society. Historically, our ancestors and their local communities always held the role of developing infrastructure, water supply, and roads as a public task, thereby acquiring a higher degree of self-governance. Today in Neofit Rilski, this model repeats itself: the people themselves take responsibility for the shared infrastructure and ecology, which brings them independence and security.
