The Historical Park was created as a project designed to support the nation in several key ways.

Its first goal is to restore the binding element without which no nation can exist. This is the cultural bond that unites people as one, helping them face challenges together and form a cohesive system that generates wealth and creates a better environment for all Bulgarians.

Its second goal is to revitalize Black Sea tourism, which has been severely degraded in recent years. The lack of modern, impressive attractions to draw visitors from both Bulgaria and abroad has turned our coastal tourism into a destination for low-end, rowdy tourism. The number of mainstream, quality tourists is steadily declining, which is devastating to both our resorts and coastal towns and villages.

The third goal of the Historical Park is to inspire young people, empowering them to believe that they can build large-scale projects right here in Bulgaria and encouraging them to do so, rather than emigrating to offer their knowledge and skills abroad.

Its fourth goal is to leave a lasting impression on foreign visitors who, upon discovering the grandeur of Bulgaria, will develop a deep respect for both our country and the people who inhabit it.

The project is truly monumental and exceptionally challenging to execute anywhere in the world; its very creation is a milestone and a profound source of pride for every Bulgarian.

The completion of the park does not mark the end of the opportunities it creates—on the contrary, it is only the beginning. With such a massive complex in place, what is built around it and how its full potential is harnessed becomes crucial. Properly developing these additional opportunities will bring immense benefits to the region, the local community, regional tourism, and investors alike. This vision drove the acquisition of the lands surrounding the park to design an equestrian center, a festival zone, a complex of medieval guest houses, children's tracks, recreational activity zones, off-road jeep tours to historical landmarks, and much more. Completing these additional attractions and amenities will establish the Historical Park as one of the premier destinations for cultural visits, festivals, and active entertainment.

The potential number of annual visitors is projected to exceed 2,500,000, which will undeniably transform the entire tourism industry in Bulgaria, particularly along the Black Sea coast. Furthermore, Bulgaria will become the center of Balkan culture, as no other Balkan nation can boast such a grandiose execution, let alone such a rich history. This will provide a truly incredible boost to tourism, entrepreneurship, and culture in our country.
