The Cooperative's first asset is a single-story house in a medieval style, which is being built in the village of Neofit Rilski. According to the Articles of Association of the Cooperative, priority is given to precisely such assets in order to restore the economy of Vetrino Municipality. The aim is for the house to be rented out to visitors to the village and the municipality so that they can enjoy their stay, while their local spending contributes to the local economy.

The property is located close to the center of the village, on a corner plot with access to two streets. The house has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, a bright living room, and a separate restroom in the hallway for guests. This means that visitors will not have to pass through the bedrooms to use the toilet.

As a construction standard in the village of Neofit Rilski, every property has its own wastewater treatment system in order to prevent environmental pollution. There is also an option to install a reverse-osmosis system for treating the incoming water. The houses are heated with heat pumps to avoid air pollution, and only natural materials—stone, wood, and marble—are used in their construction.

This type of construction is based on long-term thinking—if the properties are ever abandoned, nature will be able to absorb all the materials naturally without leaving behind waste or pollution. The window and door frames in all properties are custom-made from wood, a process that takes months. Since there are no repeated designs and every house is unique, the craftsmen come to the site to take measurements for each individual window. They then begin the manufacturing process but return to the village of Neofit Rilski many times to check that everything is being made to the correct dimensions.

In keeping with the design concept used throughout the village, the furniture for the house is made of solid wood and is also handcrafted. This process likewise takes months, but the experience of using such furniture is unique—it is beautiful, comfortable, and durable.
